Welcome to Teach to Lead (the “Organization,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.teachtoleadhn.org and any related webpages, content, features, services, communications, donation functions, and other online offerings that we operate (collectively, the “Website”).
The Website is operated in connection with a charitable project that is fiscally sponsored by The Hack Club Foundation, a U.S. nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.
1. Eligibility and Age Requirement
The Website is intended for individuals who are 13 years of age or older.
By accessing or using the Website, you represent and warrant that:

2. Our Charitable and Fiscally Sponsored Status
Teach to Lead operates as a fiscally sponsored charitable project under the sponsorship and oversight of The Hack Club Foundation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, references on this Website to “we,” “us,” “our organization,” or similar terms refer to the charitable project and its activities as conducted through its fiscal sponsorship arrangement.
The Website may describe charitable programs, projects, initiatives, partnerships, and activities conducted in Honduras and/or other locations.
Our current charitable activities are primarily conducted in Honduras, although the Website is accessible internationally.
Nothing on this Website should be interpreted as creating a separate legal entity, partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, or fiduciary relationship between you and Teach to Lead.
3. Charitable Contributions and Donations
If the Website permits you to make a donation or charitable contribution, the applicable donation page and the fiscal sponsor's policies may contain additional terms.
Because the Organization operates through a fiscal sponsorship arrangement, charitable contributions may be legally received, controlled, administered, and acknowledged by the fiscal sponsor.
Where applicable, donors should review the fiscal sponsor's donation terms and tax-deductibility information before making a contribution.
A contribution does not create an ownership interest, membership interest, partnership interest, or other proprietary interest in the organization or its programs.
Donations are intended to support the charitable purposes and activities described by Teach to Lead. To the extent permitted by law and applicable fiscal sponsorship requirements, Teach to Lead and/or its fiscal sponsor may determine how donated funds are ultimately used in furtherance of the applicable charitable purposes.
Tax treatment of donations depends on the donor's individual circumstances and applicable law. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
4. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

16. Charitable Mission and Political Activity
The Organization operates for charitable purposes consistent with applicable requirements governing tax-exempt organizations.
Nothing on the Website is intended to constitute prohibited political campaign intervention or otherwise violate the requirements applicable to organizations described under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Information or educational content regarding public issues, government policies, social conditions, or public officials does not necessarily constitute political campaign activity.
The Organization reserves the right to remove or modify Website Content to maintain compliance with applicable nonprofit and tax laws.

If you voluntarily submit information, comments, photographs, testimonials, applications, stories, feedback, or other material through the Website (“User Submissions”), you represent that you have the right to provide that material.
